Locations

Training with MAPT takes place at Future Fitness Gym, Shawlands but could alternatively take place at your home or outdoors.

Training at Future Fitness Gym entitles you to use of all facilities including;

 Changing Rooms/LockersShowersSaunaSteam Room

You may also carry on training in the gym once the session has finished if you wish where you can make use of the range of Cardiovascular and Resistance machines as well as the Free Weights area, Studio and Core Training/Stretching area.






Initial Contact

When you first contact me, you will be offered a date for an initial consultation and health & fitness tests. This will help me get to know you and how you like to be trained as well as let me know what your base level of physical fitness is. We will also agree on achievable goals which will help to track your progress through your programme. From here we will agree on a regular slot for your session/s to take place on every week and then you're off and running!

Your Fitness Programme

Your ongoing training will include a variety of training methods in order to keep it interesting and absolutely does not have to include Martial Arts. We will use several different pieces of training equipment (i.e. pads, fitballs, medicine balls, resistance bands etc.) in order to maximise your workout and guarantee results. Examples of some Programmes are as follows:-

Kickboxing (option to grade to black belt)

Doce Pares Eskrima (option to grade to black belt)

Weight Loss

Body Fat Reduction

Muscle Gain

Boxing

Running (i.e. Interval Training, FARTLEK Training etc.)

Sport Specific (i.e. Football, Rugby, Tennis, Golf etc.)

Event Specific (i.e. 10k, Marathon, Wedding etc.)

Injury Rehabilitation
